Agricultural and Commercial Sales:

Should you have a Commercial Premises, Farm, Farmhouse or Land to sell, please let us help. We offer sales by Private Treaty, Formal or Informal Tender to suit your particular requirements.

Once we have a clear understanding of the type of property you are looking for we will do our utmost to find your dream home. Why not join our mailing list to help us find what you are looking for.

Viewing and making an offer

We are open 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays 10am -1pm. We offer accompanied viewings throughout the week, including weekends. We advise that it is best to view a property twice to make sure that the property is the right one for you. We will be with you every step of the way to help you feel relaxed and confident. We are on hand to answer any questions you may have. Once you have found the property that suits you,we will communicate the offer to the Vendor both verbally and in writing. Additional Negotiations can then begin.

Offer is agreed and Solicitors Instructed

Once the offer has been accepted by the Vendors, we will ask you to confirm the name and contact details of the Solicitors acting for you in your purchase, along with any mortgage broker / company details (if a mortgage is applicable) and Estate Agents’ details, if you are selling a property in order to buy. We offer a range of Solicitor Packages at Legal 2 Move through Evans-Roberts Solicitors, of which Legal 2 Move is the Property Division. Once all relevant information is with us, we will submit the Confirmation of Sale to all instructed parties and get all the Legal paperwork underway.


The Solicitors will then start on their paperwork. After all pre-contract searches have been made, Enquires satisfactory answered, and the draft Contract agreed, a date for Completion will be agreed prior to Contracts being Exchanged. Whether or not you are buying with a benefit of a mortgage, the Solicitor may advise you to have a Survey, which we shall be happy to arrange for you. The Solicitor will also work closely with your Lenders (if you have any), satisfy their requirements and arrange for your Mortgage advance monies to be released in good time for Completion

Exchange of Contracts

This takes place after both the Seller and Buyer have agreed all contractual terms with the Solicitors involved, including the date for Completion. When Completion takes place the full purchase monies will be handed over as cleared funds.

Congratulations, you are now the legal owner of your new home.
