Isallt, Llanbrynmair
Guide Price £160,000

Isallt is a quaint, two bedroom cottage dating back to the 19th century. The dwelling is delightful and oozes charm and character. The cottage fronts the lane within an unspoilt village of natural beauty. With roses around the entrance door, complemented by wild and perennial flowers, the gardens are very attractive. The rear garden is private and slightly elevated. Colourful flowers, shrubs and plants decorate the borders of a paved pathway which leads to an Arbour seating area. Across the lane is a second garden with a vegetable area with raised beds, which would appeal to those who wish to become self sufficient. The interior of the house is quaint with beams, latch doors, quarry tiled and timber floors. A wood burner complements the sitting room although oil fired central heating is available.
